AV operate 33 moulding machines on a 24 hour 3 shift system producing mouldings weighing from less than 1g up to 3kg. AV Specialise in 2 & 3 shot, moulding up to 3 materials simultaneously. These machines are supported round the clock by maintenance personnel to ensure that any machine downtime is minimal. All shifts are staffed by experienced technical, quality & training personnel. AV have experience of processing all raw materials including ABS, PP, PS, PE, SAN, ASA, PPS, PES, PPO, PMMA, POM, PA6/66/12, PC, PET, PVC, PBT, TPE, TPO, TPR, MPR, EVA & LCP. AV also mould materials that include blends, additives & fillers in various colours. AV is also an approved centre for training & assessment of mould technicians to NVQ certification.
