AV recognise the need to give our customers the complete package, if your parts needs printing, spraying, chroming, conditioning, testing, welding, inserting or assembling then we can do it. There is a fully equipped on site print department capable of tampo, label, foil, silk screen & offset 6 colour printing. Every effort is made to assemble a product at press side whether that be by a robot or by utilising press side labour. AV also houses an assembly department staffed by a dedicated team who perform varied operations including ultrasonic welding, heat / thread insertion of brass & steel inserts, assembly, test & pack out.
