AV has quality procedures built into every aspect of the companies operation. The product flow dictates that all parts are subject to continuous inspection, parts are checked & monitored at first off, through production, last off, packing, assembly and in despatch to make sure you receive the right quality of product at the right time. In order to ensure the implementation of new tools is as smooth as possible our dedicated quality team produce ISIR, PQA, PPAP, FMEA & SPC. Parts are checked using a CMM, shadowgraph, verniers, callipers & gauges. Colour Analysis is also available.
