AV’s vastly experienced in house tool room is staffed by a team of qualified time served toolmakers capable of manufacturing tools to the highest specifications. Plant includes millers, lathes, grinders, spark & wire eroders & engravers. If you have a problematic tool your existing moulder cannot produce good quality parts from we will take this tool into our tool room, investigate build and design, modify and retrial in order to give you the quality of moulding you require, nor result, no fee! The tool room also perform modifications as & when required. All tools are entered into our comprehensive maintenance programme to ensure that tools run as smoothly as possible and increase the longevity of the tool life. AV have experience of working with all tool types whether that be aluminium or fully hardened steel, multi cavity or composite, insert or 2 shot. AV fully understand the need to source tooling offshore and have developed tried & trusted relationships with Asian & Europoean toolmakers.
