Our Tool Room
Suppose you have a problematic tool from which your existing moulder cannot produce good-quality parts. In that case, we will take this tool into our tool room, investigate the build and design, modify it, and retrial it in order to give you the quality of moulding you require.
All tools are entered into our comprehensive maintenance programme to ensure that tools run as smoothly as possible and increase the longevity of the tool life.
Our maintenance department offers support for any electrical work such as a small micro switch wiring circuit to a full Hot Runner 240V circuit with Thermo-Couples, or 5-volt circuits, Servo Motors or Pressure Transducers.
